Who's with me?

I can't believe that next month is when I conceived ds, one year ago!! I have been having major baby fever and trying to talk dh into it is frustrating! I want our kids to be close in age, I never got to experience that...my sister and I are 5 years apart. Maybe I can convince him! ;)

Who else is wanting to get pregnant?

    Um, wasn't it two years ago? :) I go back and forth. Sometimes I am totally ready, others not so much. Regardless, we are starting early next year.

    I wouldn't mind trying for the same reasons as you. Me and my sister are 9 years apart, which kind of gave me more of a motherly role then sister role. I don't want to do that to my kids.

    I have baby fever but C is so busy right now. I'd also prefer her to be nearing the end of her diaper wearing days before #2. I think we'll start trying late next summer or fall :)

    This is us.  And our bank account needs to get happy again!  Two in daycare scares the bejesus out of us!

    Unfortunately for some of us there is a gap between wanting to be pregnant and the ability to conceive. I am currently taking meds in preparation for a FET in early December. If that is not successful I will do a fresh cycle, starting meds in March with ET in April.
    TTC since 3-08 IVF # 1 Dec 2011 BFP DD born at 31 weeks 6-24-12

    FET #1 Dec 2013 BFN

    FET # 2 Feb 2014 BFN

    No more frosties

    IVF #2. September 2014

    PGD yielded 2 perfect 5d blasts

    SET November 9, 2014
    Nov 23, 2014. Another BFN

    Not sure where to go from here.

    That too!! Caroline doesn't go to daycare because h and I have alternating schedules BUT I'm only pt so our bank account could use some loving;) I'm scared we can't afford two with me being pt, but I went pt because it was essentially the same as paying 840/mos for daycare!

    Ooof!  We pay ~$740/mo for daycare...which did not go down when he turned 1!  Working on new jobs for both of us.  I LOVE DS's daycare.

    I have major baby fever, we are somewhat TTGP but I have only had one cycle so far and I have been spending a fortune on ovulation predictor kits :)

    DS is now the age (15 months) that DD (now 3) was when we started trying for him, so I know I had the baby fever that many of the FTMs are now experiencing. But whew, I am nowhere near ready for #3. I don't regret their age gap, but I am still so freaking exhausted.

    And DS is still a baby compared to DD, so it's weird to think that 2 years ago I was missing having a baby. DD was still practically a baby!

    Anyway, I've been where you FTMs are. Having 2 is good, but so tiring. Esp. when #2 still doesn't STTN at 15 months. And you were up with him 3 times last night.

    If I were younger, I would want another. I honestly don't think I'd handle two so close in age very well. My husband and I are too old to wait and have the age gap we'd want to have- around 4 years. I don't want to be 40 or over and pregnant. Sometimes I feel guilty for waiting to have kids so long and thus causing Kate to be an only child. Good luck to those who are trying!

    I asked DH if he could imagine how people with 2 kids do it and he said "those parents must be so beat down." Ok then. We are also older and our energy and patience are waning. But that didn't stop me from wondering today how we might rearrange the bedrooms for a new babe.

    DS was conceived 2 years ago tonight!

    And I didn't have baby fever this time around, but apparently my uterus did. I have 8 weeks until 2u2!

    I have no idea if or when we will be ready for another. My husband wants to start trying at the beginning of the year but I doubt I'll be ready. My son is super energetic and I am exhausted with just him! I also love sleep and can't imagine getting up all night with a newborn and getting up at 6am with a toddler. I'm exhausted just thinking about it.

    I doo... If only it were that easy! I am a little nervous about trying again knowing that I will be starting nursing school in January. I have a hard time imagining how to handle those newborn days again while trying to do my best in school! But I also want my kids to be close in age. So here's to hoping!

    Congrats!! I was supposed to start nursing school in January also, but I had to defer until Fall! Boo! I'm with you though on managing school and a newborn. It is very important to have our kids close in age. I want them to have a close relationship. @ColeyJ88
