I got my period back at 12 wks PP. I've had one every month since then (4 in total). They came back between 26-29 days. Well now it's been 35 days (Sunday). I know it's normal for periods to be irregular after birth, but I figured since I've had them every month so far, maybe they'd just keep coming.
I'm stil EBF. I'm wondering if sleep deprevation is enough to delay it??
If you've gotten yours back, have they been really wonky?
Re: What are your cycles like?
Yep. It's pretty normal to have weird cycles after pregnancy and, even after they seem to settle down, they can change again if you ovulate late. 35 isn't an extremely long cycle but you can call your doctor if you get to 60 days or so without AF. They might decide to jump start things or they may just have you wait it out if they think it's normal PP.
My 3rd PP cycle I freaked out thinking I was pregnant again (mini pill was our BC choice) so I took a HPT, which came back negative. I called my doctor and she said to not worry, just wait it out till 60 days since I had a BFN. That cycle ended up being 52 days long.
