Anyone have a LO that has had it? We just got back from the Dr and thats what she thinks my DD has. I never asked if it was contagious because I figured the Dr would have told me if it was but my SIL thought it was.
Dr office just closed or I would call back.

    Very contagious, but not after symptoms appear. It's hard to prevent. My doc said once they get it they don't catch it again. All of my bigs have had it.
    If somebody thinks they're a hedgehog, presumably you just give 'em a mirror and a few pictures of hedgehogs and tell them to sort it out for themselves.-Douglas Adams

    Great, so she was contagious last week at daycare :( I know I couldnt prevent it but I feel bad!

    Ty Henry's daycare had some cases going around. He did not end up getting it. The pediatrician told us it is contagious when they have a fever. I have also heard if they get it they shouldn't get it again as pp stated.

    G had this...although they didn't call it by it's name...just said it was a rash caused by the virus that gave her a fever. Unfortunately it appeared in the middle of the night after I fed her something new and was pretty severe around her face and eyes so we ended up in the ER in the middle of the night. MH was away on business...I think I felt worse for him than anyone. Just another adventure for G and I while he was in his hotel room across the country flipping out:(

    Oh gosh!!....she woke up with her rash and had some shots yesterday so I flippetd out thinking it was from the shots....I sat looking at the clock until it turn 8 so I could call in.
