Prenatal yoga?

Really interested in starting prenatal Yoga I didn't have an exercise routine going before I got pregnant and was looking to get into something that would increase flexibility and provide a beginner level of exercise to keep healthy throughout the pregnancy does anybody have any suggestions on good DVDs? with a very busy work schedule I feel the DVDs would fit into my day a lot easier

  • I don't have any DVD suggestions, but I downloaded some prenatal yoga from yogadownload.com.  You can stream them pretty cheap, or pay $18 for a one month membership, download all their prenatal yoga to keep on your computer or phone, and then cancel your membership.  Some are audio only, but most of their yoga comes in video form.

I've never actually done any of the prenatal yoga there, but I've done lots of their other yoga classes, and some of them are WONDERFUL. Jackie Casal Mahrou is my favorite instructor there, and though she doesn't have any prenatal classes, some of her regular classes are gentle and would be perfect for preggos. There are also some yoga with babies/kids videos you can download for after your LO comes along.
