Hi Ladies! I'm 14 weeks with twins and am having some nice sciatica pain shooting through my right hip. I'm hoping maybe doing some guided stretching/prenatal yoga will help, because I've got a long way to go! Any recommendations for a prenatal yoga studio (I've already tried Google, but would prefer recommendations)? I'm a total beginner. I did yoga for strength back in high school, but that was over 15 years ago. Now I'm an out of shape 33 yr old whose ankle, knee and foot are held together by pins. I live in Delaware, north of town actually, so I was hoping to not have to go much further than Worthington - but would if necessary. Any advice you can give is appreciated! Thanks!!!
