I think I hit a milestone which finely illustrates the pyschotic crap this 2IF is...
Had first RE appointment today. CD 28. 2 BFNs in the last 2 days. He decides to go ahead and do an ultrasound to check uterus and ovaries. Confirms with me during ultrasound that it is CD 28 and says everything looks great. I ovulated on the right, lining is what it should be- nice and thick, no obvious abnormalities.
Fast forward to now. Because AF has not started, I am googling "4 week pregnant ultrasound" to see if anything matches what I saw today. Craaaaaazy. A fertility specialist did the ultrasound HIMSELF. Clearly, I he saw something pregnant-like, he would have said something or added a beta to my bloodwork.
I am fully aware that I am not pregnant this cycle (I may officially start using "psychle" now), but without my usual CD 27/28 spotting, I have this crazy notion that "maybe?"
I can only say this here, because I know you ladies understand the crazy. DH would side eye me so hard. Love you all!

All I have to say, is you're in good company. And when I read your post, I thought "well yeah, maybe she is and they just couldn't see anything."
