Hey ladies! I recently left my job because my manager was a witch and she was making my life miserable w my doctors appts so I started looking for a part time and I just had 2 phone interviews for the same company and passed them
Both pretty much the lady said she liked me and all I
Have to do now is impress the branch manager in person and the job is mine!! Now I'm 22 weeks and my bump is quite noticeable lol what should I do !?? Be honest and tell her when she sees me I'm so confused and nervous i really need this job

    I think at this point there is little hiding it. Just be honest with her. Legally they can't discriminate against you because you are pregnant, but it is also incredibly hard to prove that is the reason that you didn't get the job.

    I wouldn't tell her in advance but would definitely address it in the interview.  Just let her know that, although you will need some time off in the short term, you are committed to the job and look forward to working there long term.

    I'm in HR. You do not need to disclose that. It's totally your choie. However, they cannot make decisions based upon you disclosing this or not. Should only be based upon your experience. Hope that helps.
