Thumb suckers???

Just for fun...how many of our LOs are thumb suckers?
I was sure Adrian was going to be but now I'm not sure. Several months ago he started putting it in his mouth but all he's really ever done with it is chewed on it.

    She's just started doing it with teething (past few weeks). It's on and off and rarely for more than a minute or two.

    Instead we've been offering her the dummy. She's always rejected the dummy but I think the sucking comforts her when she's teething.

    C is a thumb-sucker, but only if his pacifier is not within sight. The kid will do crazy acrobatics to get to his paci.

    Yep, Em is a major thumb sucker! However, he usually only does it when he's tired or hungry.

    Oh your babies are slacker thumb suckers!!!! J has been known to suck on two thumbs at once, his thumb and my thumb, or the occasional thumb and bottle! He's also tried to nurse and thumb suck.

    Mishy-mine does. Although DH and I both sucked our fingers when we were little. I would flip my hand upside down (so I could rub the roof of my mouth).

    A was a paci girl up until about 3 months. As soon as she found her thumb she dumped her paci!

    S rejects her thumb and goes straight for my shoulder. If that's not available, she makes do with her pointer finger. 

    @huzzahuzza - S has been known to try to fit her whole hand, my boob and the burp cloth in her mouth at the same time...

    I've got one of each.  Sam's thumb is always in his mouth. I "pop the cork" several times when feeding him.  Ben has no interest in his thumbs.

    Yes, LO is a thumb sucker. She started out with fingers and the whole hand, but has recently found the thumb.
