I would say we average 5-6 a day. One for overnight and then change it every 2-3 hours outside of that.

Hmm. I think we go through 7-8 a day. 8x30 = 240

My stash of 50 diapers lasts about 6-7 days, which puts us somewhere in that same range.

I was really only interested in disposable folks. I assume CD ladies would be inclined to change more frequently because it doesn't cost $$ to change them. Not that I don't change him because of the money... I just won't change him EVERY time he pees.

I hope whoever voted for under 100 is referring to the size of their CD stash and not how often they actually change their baby. Under 100 changes would only be 3-4 diapers per day.

I used disposables for DD1 and DD2 and am using cloth for DD3. I don't diaper any differently between the two. I still changed every 2-3 hours during the day. I don't change with every pee in cloth either. (Plus I think it's harder to tell if the diaper is wet in cloth.)
