Graco Car Seat Issues

I posted this in the 0-3 month board as well..so I'm sorry if you've already seen this!

I have a graco infant snugride classic connect 30. The right harness strap will not tighten and it loosens when LO moves. I've tried everything. I've readjusted it, rethreaded it, everything possible. I just contacted graco about this issue but they are closed and I won't hear anything back for a while so I thought I would come here to see if any other moms have had this issue.
