hi i am currently 7 days late which for me is not normal my period is ontime every month. so i took two tests that are negative but no period and going on8 days. i have read that sometimes hcg levels can be low tokeep testing could be prego also may be to early should wait two weeks after missed p. has anyone had this and wind up withpositive test?

    Test once a week until you get your period or a positive test. If you go 60 days without a period then call your doctor.

    Periods are regular until they aren't. Are you temping your BBT or any cycle symptoms?

    i have had cramps that come and go and backache alittle. nothing else just keep waitng and just wondering if anyone has had this and get a positive result?

    Test once a week until you get your period.  If it's been 60 days with neither, call your doctor.

    FWIW, I randomly skipped a period last year.  I was on BCP, hadn't missed a pill, no external factors, etc, and it just never came.  I kept getting negative tests, so I continued my BCP as I would have, and AF came right as scheduled the following month.

    thanks no birth control pills. just always regular every month i dont check when i ovulate if it happens it happens. this is so weird to me cause i have four other children and never had this but every other time i have been late i was prego the neg. test is congusing me!

    If you are looking for symptoms, aside from late period, you will convince yourself the HPT must be lying. You might have O'd late, but without temping and tracking you can't be sure if you even did at all. You are ALWAYS regular until you aren't. That's just how it works out sometimes. Test weekly until +, AF or 60 days without a period. Then, you should contact your OB.

    And it's "pregnant".

    I'm really having trouble looking past the lack of capital letters/poor grammar. And I'm not usually a stickler about it but apparently my brain can't compute without punctuation and capital letters. If you don't track when you ovulate, how do you know you're late?
