I haven't been to Trader Joes in like a year and am going to take the kids this afternoon. What snacks do you get for LO there? Also do they have the carts for kids to push still for DS? TIA!
So far W has liked: mini raviolis, tortellini, the fruit-filled cereal bars "An Apple walks into a Bar..." , orange-carrot juice, chicken sausage, and the frozen spanakopita.
Side note: Seems like that's becoming more common to have the toddler-size carts in grocery stores around here, which I think is both completely adorable and completely annoying. Lets give tiny people with no self-control, knee-high metal carts to push around the crowded, narrow, fully-stocked aisles? Hahaha great idea in theory to teach them shopping skills, but it always looks very stressful for the adult chasing after them. I'm really curious- Does your DS enjoy doing it? Do you actually get your intended shopping done? I'd like W to try it when he's a little older, but not really sure if I have the patience.

@mamaHippo23 DS has never tried the cart. He's 4.5 and is actually probably too tall for it but thought he might like it. I totally get what you're saying though!
