Pain at incision when Aunt Flo comes?

I think I'm about to start my period for the first time since my LO was born (cramping, breaking out, cravings, etc.). Today I started getting really sharp stabs of pain on one side of my incision. I haven't felt this time of pain before and I was wondering if anyone else experienced this when their period is about to start? It comes and goes, it is definitely not an ache.

    Yes, I had this occasionally.  I'm also super weird and my incision hurts whenever I am getting sick.  It's like a radar to tell me somethings up!

    My incision hurt at very random times for almost a year. It definitely hurt during AF and would just randomly hurt for different reasons (none of which I can remember off hand).

    I'm 3 years out from my c-section and it gets very sore right before my period starts.  Also when I get really cold - like goosebumps - it gets achy.  I'm pregnant again right now (due in Feb) and it was also very sore the first 8 weeks or so after I found out I was pregnant.
