  If that mom made the video for her own personal gain I hope she is punished. As a mom you think she would know how it feels to obsess/worry/over analyze everything you do for your kids and how parents would feel after seeing that video, especially the parents who feed their kids Earths best. Addison loves the exact pouch that was in that video and it just made me sick to think I could've fed her that!

  I didn't want to watch the video but immediately started googling it b/c I thought it was a scam. You would think if it was real she would have gone directly to the company. I feel like its the finger in the Wendy's chili all over again...

  I was wondering how bugs would live inside a hermetically sealed pouch. I think Earth's Best's response was impressive. I'd still  buy their products.
  
  That being said, I've opened a box of applesauce pouches and found them to be swollen and full of botulism, but that can affect canned goods, pouches, jars, etc. and isn't a manufacturing issue.

  There are a few things that could have happened IF there was a possible chance of maggots in the food. Although I personally believe she is not telling the truth. Anyways,she could have bought a product that was already opened and had some random gnat eggs in it. Or she could have lied about how long she had it and when she opened it the first time a gnat flew in it and laid eggs and when she fed it a few days later, maggots. Either way, if any of those happened she needs to play the lotto.
