Just curious, when does your LO go to sleep at night and how did you arrive at set bedtime?
DS goes down between 6:45-7pm depending on when his afternoon nap ended. We didn't really do anything to make this bedtime - he's always dictated it. As a newborn it was around 9:30, when he got a little older it was between 7:30-8 and then when naps began to consolidate a little more he made it to our current bedtime.

Re: S/O Bedtimes
When she was still taking 3 naps a day bedtime used to be 8-8:30. Now that she cut one of her naps out, it's earlier because she's often up around 3:00, so by 7:30 she's ready for bed. We've never forced any bedtime on her, we just let her figure it out and followed her cues.

My ideal time is when it falls about 7, because I feel like I get some time to put the house back together and get ready for the next day. When it falls as "late" as 7:30, I crash myself about an hour later, so I feel sort of harried to clean up and get things done before I run out of steam. Bedtime has always been dictated by last naps. In the summer when he wake time was much less, sometimes it was as early as 6:15.

Aww Kelly I'm sorry! :-(
I was just reading that some babies at this age consolidate to one nap. I thought it was surprising too!

And DD1 is 31 months and doesn't nap at all at least once a week. I'm really not ready for her to drop her naps altogether! I think we'll have to keep up with a "quiet time" period even if she doesn't sleep.

Honestly, going to 1 nap was the best thing for DS1, and hopefully will be like that for DS2 as well. BUT both of my boys are/were only 30-45 min nappers when they have more than 1 nap. Once we consolidated to 1, DS1 started taking 2-3 hr naps. It was heavenly.

We are so thankful that our second daughter, Lillian Elizabeth "Lily", was born healthy and happy on February 11, 2013. We love her to pieces.
We lost our first daughter, Hannah Grace on May 4, 2011. She was buried on May 14 during a beautiful service at my home church. We are grateful that if she could not be here with us, that she is healed and whole with the Lord. We look forward to the day when we will get to meet her. We love her so much.
