'rhoids treatment?

So Ive been lucky to get to my 37th week without major issues...until now. The only comfortable position now, is half reclined and on my side. What can I do for relief with hemorrhoids? Prep H doesnt help... Nor does witches hazel. :-(

    Run a washcloth under (comfortably) hot or cold water, and place it as close as you can while lying down. You can also try a sitz bath.

    I just use the wipes from walmart with 50% witch hazel. Those have become my best friends!

    I had one scary bout a week ago and remembered a yoga pose that fixed it within a couple minutes!
    It's basically child's pose but you put your butt up in the air. Keep your butt higher than your heart and use gravity to your advantage. I literally felt mine glide back inside within 2 minutes!!
    Also, a friend of mine had hemorrhoids so bad she was going to need surgery. She had 3 acupuncture sessions and they were gone- never came back!
