Please don't feel that way. Most of us have dealth with this type of thing. My daughter was born in July, I finally brought her in to say hi to my coworkers the following April. Because that is when I felt comfortable doing it. Your baby, your decision.

It's better to be overprotective than regretful. Keep isolating and forcing sanitizer. People will forgive and forget. You won't if something happens.

I agree with PP. I am overprotective and it's a good thing. I totally get it. Don't feel bad about it. Try to explain so they'll understand. That's the best you can do.

I should've added that I felt the same way as you and worried about that too... looking back I'm glad I was crazy and overprotective. I kept my son safe and did the best I could. Honestly no one else can understand so it's useless to try. Just do what you know in your heart is right and everything will fall in place.
