Quad Screening?

Hello!  So I am well past the timeframe that this would happen but I just realized they never offered it to me for this pregnancy.  I did have a NT Scan which came back normal.  Should I have still had the quad screening?  I'm starting to worry now.  Thanks in advance!
Type 1 Diabetic, Hashimotos, RA. Its twins!!!!  EDD 1/6/2014 Di/di b/g twins.

    If your NT came back low risk I don't think you needed the quad. With DD I was offered any and all of those tests but only did the blood one. It came back with such a low risk for anything that we didn't do any other tests.

    I did the MaterniT21 test, which came back negative for any trisomies, so chose not to proceed with other testing. You can do it at any time, so if you want the peace of mind, you could ask for it, so you know what to expect at birth.

    5/17/13 BFP!!! 6/6/13 - OMG its TWINS!

    Josie and Lexie were born on January 4, 2014 at 37w2d
    Josie was 5lbs2oz, Lexie was 4lbs15oz 
    Both had a 9 APGAR score with no NICU time
    Planned unscheduled C-Section due to both being breech
    We all went home on Jan 6th, 2 days after surgery

    The quad screening is not as accurate with multiples.  Mine came back with a high risk for spinal defects and when I had my level 2 U/S everything was fine.  Babies are 15 months and fine.  So in hindsight I probably would have skipped it because it caused a lot of unnecessary worry for me.

    Thanks ladies!!! How long did it take for the Mat21 results to come back?  I am just wondering if they will be back before I deliver if I decide to do it?  I am 32W now.

    I was also told the quad screen isn't accurate with multiples. I did do the NT scan which came back normal.

    I am doing the quad screen; my OB told me only about the NT test.  When I went to my MFM they had me go for my blood tests, which were forwarded to my doctor.  I am not sure if that is how it always works.  But the blood tests (HIV only I think) isn't optional in the state of CA, so I think while they were in there they did the whole kit-in-kaboodle.

    About 10 days. They told me 10 business days, but it was more like 6 business days (there was a holiday in there)
