I just bought its a 10 with keratin and just washed my hair for the first time in over a week. I like it so far.
I love their leave in so I wanted to try the shampoo and conditioner (they were out of the conditioner at target) I have a keratin treatment in my hair and I have to be careful what I use. I don't mind spending a little more on shampoo it last forever since I don't wash my hair often and it does make a huge difference in my hair.
I use a fairly hippy dippy brand called Theraneem that I get at Whole Foods. It's all natural, no parabens, no sulfates, no gluten, all that jazz. I love it and it smells great. Bonus is that Neem oil is a natural bug repellant, so I get less bites in the summer .
When we were buying shampoo today my son picked up a bottle that said it had caffeine in it, WTF does hair need caffeine for? Hair is dead. I really don't understand some if the stuff they claim shampoo has or doesn't have. Gluten free .... Why would shampoo have gluten?
I have used Biolage hydrating shampoo for years. I will try other shampoos here and there but always go back. I am now using it in my daughter's hair and LOVE the smell of her hair
I use Redken Body Full right now. It's okay, I used the Redken Extreme for a long time and that was probably the best shampoo/conditioner I've ever used.
I'm a bit of an odd duck compared to the rest of you. I rarely use shampoo (only if I have too much product build up). I have naturally curly hair and follow the "Curly Girl Method" which is only conditioner. DH also has wavy/curly hair and only uses conditioner. The shampoo I rarely use is a sulfate free one called REF (Reference of Sweden). The conditioner I currently use is L'Oreal Paris Intense Repair (my stylist said they changed the product and once this one runs out, I will be switching to a REF conditioner).
Organix Coconut Milk shampoo. I don't use products with Sulfates. It's cheap, my hair looks great, and it smells delicious! Products like Pantene coat your hair with a waxy residue that makes your hair weighed down and oilier faster, and Organix doesn't. I used to have to wash my hair every day, but now only wash my hair every 3 days. It's awesome! My hair dresser now recommends it to everyone because it's improved mine so much. Big thumbs up!
