What do you eat? I've started my food aversion stage. I'm hungry, but everything makes me want to gag. I certainly don't want to cook. What do you ladies turn to when you have food aversions?
I'm feeling that way a lot lately. Usually there is one thing that does sound good... Today that was subway. Crackers, fruit and ice cream always sound good though.
I'm going to get some Club crackers today. Maybe put some peanut butter on them if I don't hate that too. I feel like my nose is super sensitive but my taste buds aren't working.
I'm having a problem where I make what I think I want, but when it's ready I have zero desire to eat it any more. Ugh. Whatever I do end up eating though I don't eat very much of it, and it makes me super tired. Is anyone else having that problem?
The only thing I'm not having a problem consuming is Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels from Costco. Sooooooo YUM!
There is usually one thing that sounds amazing in a sea of repulsive sounding food (some of which I was craving just a few days ago) You just have to figure out what that one thing is.
Athenanolen said: I am on a bread bread bread kick. Really hard since I used to be carb free, so now I don't want to eat anything!
Same here! I stayed on it just under 1 week until one day I *had* to have some spagetti. The next day, it was macaroni and cheese or someone was going down! lol Looks like carb free will have to wait until next year haha
I'll hop on this train. Nothing sounds good. PB&J and toast with jelly have been my staples. Also, pita chips and hummus on good days. I was also pretty much carb free, so I'm just taking it as a sign as that's what my body needs.

pasta, cheese, chips and sour cream.... but you have to find your 'perfect combination'. I know it stinks to force yourself to eat when that's the LAST thing you want to do. Hang in there, we'll make it! :-)
same issue here. nothing sounds good at all. especially sweets. I was putting all the halloween candy that was left (TONS.. my kids are not big candy eaters). In big gallon sized zip lock bags to take to work and was gagging just looking at them.

Tyler is going to be a big brother!
Not too much sounds appealing. Like another poster said, it sounds good until I get ready to fix myself a plate then it sounds gross.
What seems continually safe is cheese, crackers, and hot chocolate.
