18 month old stopped sleeping thru the night, I need help, pleeeaase!

Hi Ladies, I really need some advice. I'm 8 months preggers and my 18 month suddenly stopped sleeping thru the night. Since about 1yrs, she was sleeping about 11 hours straight, but last 3 weeks, she is up in the middle of the night and will only go back to sleep if I give her milk and stay in her site. It's killing me, with work the next day and being so pregnant. I really need to get her back on schedule in the next month. We tried letting her cry, but she went on for 45 minutes, screaming & finally gave in. Please help!

    My DS is 17 months and we've been going through this for a couple weeks now. It's hard because he was STTN starting 11/12 months too and now he won't fall asleep on his own and wakes up multiple times throughout the night. There's been a few similar posts and everyone has great suggestions. So far, I've been going in to pat/rub his back and tell him it's night night time and to go to sleep. I'm hoping its just a phase but if not ill have to look into some type of gentle sleep training.

    The same thing happened to us at 18 months and we had to re-train. We did Sleepeasy Solution but now had to do the toddler version....we had to gate him in his room since he's in his big boy bed. I'm pregnant too and know just how you feel...I was up sometimes 4-5 hours trying to get him back to bed. We are really glad we did the training again, but I understand it's not for everyone.
