Waiting sucks!

So I've been waiting for my OB for an hour and a half. I was so excited about leaving work early and thought I just might make it home early enough to beat traffic. Well no such luck for sure! I'll be lucky to make it home by dinner time.
I understand that she's late bc she was delivering a baby. And if I were that woman in labor, I'd be glad she was there and not care about the people waiting back at her office. So I'm not mad about that. But if it's going to be an hour and a half, minimum wait time, why can't they call and reschedule?
And my phone is going to die soon, what am I going to do while I wait?!?!
TTC with PCOS since November 2009
IUI#1 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP, m/c
IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
beta #2 11/28 = 2055
Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    Ugh, that sucks. I remember that happening one time to me, and upon arrival they offered to reschedule me and I did. Can you reschedule now or have you been waiting so long you just want to stay?!

    After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!

    Two and a half hours, two urine samples, and 5 vials of blood later, I'm finally done. And made it home just in time for dinner. My OB was SO EXCITED for me that we got a surprise this time. It was really sweet.

    Wow that is way too long! Definitely rather come back then keep waiting since the appointment are a lovely 5 minutes of face time blah.

    Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

    6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

    10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP

    I'm glad your OB was excited. Heck, I'm excited for you! I'm not a good wait-er. That would be one of the many reasons I ditched the OB in favor of he birthing center.

    Clomid 50mg 12/2011 = BFN
    Clomid 100mg 1/2012 = BFN, with Cyst
    IVF #1 Lupron/Menopur/Gonal-f/HCG Trigger
    ER 4/19/12 = 11 retrieved, 6 fertilized,
    ET 4/22/12 = 2 transfered (day 3), remaining 3 weren't good enough to freeze
    Beta 5/3 = BFP, 87 Beta #2 5/7 560.9 Beta #3 5/9 1376.5 First u/s One Baby, 125bpm!
    Second u/s, 176bmp! Kicked over to the OB by the RE at 8w. Team Green!! 
    Baby girl J arrived two weeks early! Born into water, med-free. Hooray for Team Pink!

    TTC #2 - back to the RE, treatment started 12/2014.
