Is this an allergy

Or is it just chapped from him ducking on his lips. Let me know if the pics don't do l show because I'm loading from my mobile. He has a spot next to his mouth that we have been treating with lotion and petroleum but it doesn't deem to be going away.

Btw, he is laughing, I swear!

    Looks like chapped to me from drool or licking. (love the chompers)

     

    Beaudreax's makes a cheek and lip balm that works excellent.

    IME allergy rashes go away after 24 hours at the longest.  If it's been there longer it's probably just chapped skin.

    Ds has a very similar rash, we were just at the allergist due to his food allergies and she said it was eczema that was irritated by acidic foods.

    Thanks! And recs on what to put on it to make it go away? Tried the coconut oil and DH maid me wash it off. Lol dh is such a pansy, he doesn't like coconut so I can't ever use it. Little does he know how much I use it for!
