AW: DD just melted my heart.

So i was trying to get Lily to sleep which has been a struggle lately. She said "momma hold you" so i laid down and cuddled up beside her. She threaded both arms around my neck and played with the hair at the nape of my neck. She kissed my forehead, cheeks and lips a couple of times. Then she sighed and said oh momma...i luvs you and fell asleep. Moments like this make all the tantrums in the world worth it! Ha, now i am tearing up again just typing this out.

So what has LO done lately that has made your heart melt?

    I just adore moments like that.

    I just love the sweet little kisses I get from him.....every time it makes a total softy.

    Awww! That's adorable! That's enough to make me teary!

    It's so small, but it melts my heart when Sophia brushes the hair out of my face. It's so sincere.

    Also, when I put her down for a nap and she will shout "I love you" over and over. I HAVE say it back so there are times I'm standing outside her door for 5 mins.

    If I accidently bonk her- or knock her, or anything where I'd say sorry to her- she will just smile and say "oh it's ok mama" and then we always hug when we say sorry

     

    If i bonk Lily she loses her mind, starts crying and says "momma hit me". Makes me nervous that someone will call CPS on me! Oh and if my belly bumps her she does the same thing except says "sissy hit me". *Eye roll*

    Awww.  "Momma hold you" is so cute.  DD1 says to me, "Momma carry you" and puts up her arms for me to pick her up, and I just love it.
