Will you create a registry simply for the completion coupons?

What kind of items do you think you need?

I don't think I'm going to need anything other than clothes for the new baby, so I am not creating a registry.

I already bought a new diaper bag at the PBB outlet sale last week

It should be here today.

For DS#1, I'm redoing his room to move the crib and stuff into the new nursery, so I'm going to need to buy new stuff for him!

I am making a registry for the 10% back from toys r us. I will need a second high chair, a new stroller that fits two, another camera for my monitor, another crib mattress and a co sleeper since we got rid of ds bassinet

Yes but definitely not broadcast it or have a shower. We'll be getting another convertible carseat, so a completion coupon would definitely help! Trying to avoid getting a double stroller if I can help it. Everything else is so new that we don't really need anything.

I'm making one for the discount. I need a double stroller, a second convertible car seat, and clothes if it's a boy.

I also want a video monitor with a camera for each kid and a smaller swing.

My son is 26 months, so we have saved all of his stuff. And all of the things like highchair, bouncer, etc. we purposelessly did unisex cuz we knew we wanted more children.

We will need a new nursery set, but my mom has already offered to buy that.

If it's a boy, we will be set on clothes, maybe save for some 0-3 month sleepers.

I already bought a double stroller.

IF we do a registry, it will be for the coupon and I will register for things like.. body wash/shampoo, lotion, butt cream, hangers, humidifier, sound machine, possibly a new video monitor. And if we have a girl: clothes, sheets and room decor.

We are moving DS into a new room too and I want to do Mickey Mouse or Train theme, so he will need a new bed set, curtains, maybe a rug and things like that. If I do BRU/TRU, I could actually put those items on there though so we can get the coupon!

Hmm, I am thinking I may do this and say I am due in like March so I get my coupon early

I really want all the coupons, but I feel weird about having a registry so I am still deciding what to do.

I think I want to get some new bottles, the ones from DS are pretty scratched up from so many trips through the dishwasher, but this might be frivolous so I don't know if I will or not.

I need new pump tubing and valves.

We do need a double stroller.

We didn't have a glider for DS and I really want one this time around.

I want a double stroller, travel swing, and need a new monitor plus I need new nipples and pieces for our bottles. And I'll likely need some new sleep-sacks since most of my NB and small sized ones from last time are fleece.

I have a private registry on Amazon, maybe you could do that? Although Amazon doesn't send you coupons and give you a completion discount like Target or BRU.

We only need a few things - some pacifiers, new burp cloths (DS' got nasty), new sound machine (DS still likes his and has it in his room), new bottles and parts, and potentially clothes if it's a girl. I think we are going to get a travel swing too just b/c it'd be nice to have. We don't need much else.

I did, only for the BRU deal they have going on. I'll just add the things I'm going to buy--double stroller, second high chair, new boppy cover, etc. I'm not advertising it to anyone and put it under my first initial instead of full first name.

No coupons but Amazon does have a 10% completion discount.

I can't get out of the quote box....ugh. You know what? I have a private WISH LIST instead of a registry. That's why I didn't know that. Oops! And now I am wondering if you can make a registry private there. Oh well, the wish list is sufficing for now.

Bliz1712 -pretty sure BRU is 15% completion

ETA: I created one and got an email. The deal is that is you sign up before the 15th, you get 10% back in a gift card based on purchases off your registry, 10 weeks after it's closed. So 10% cash back, up to $200!

I believe it is that as long as you make your registry prior to 11/15 they will give you 10% of what is spent back in the form gift card after your due date up to 200 bucks.

I am making one just for the deal, but not publicizing it. We need a few things - we're set if it's a boy, but we'll need some pink stuff (blankets, sheets, clothes) if it's a girl.

But we need a double stroller, new nipples for bottles, etc.

I'mmaking an amazon wish list for my own organization. Usually prices are less than 10% of babies r us or buy buy baby, plus I'm collecting 20% off coupons from those stores though. Things I've added- new nipples for bottles (tons of mine cracked and the flow isn't correct), new video monitor (last one broke), new bottler warmer (ours got smelly), diaper bag (mainly for fun), arm and hammer diaper pail (our diaper champ smelled over time)' and another hands free pumping bra. On the fence about a double stroller (my son will be 3, may get a sit and stand).

I'll be making a registry mainly for the coupons, since we'll be needing a new car seat and a double stroller. My mom and sister already told me they will be throwing me a shower/sprinkle if we are having a girl, so if that's the case then I'll need it for that too.

I made one on Amazon and put my dr date as February to get the coupon sooner. I need things like swaddle blankets, socks, pump parts, plus the second seat for our stroller, so Amazon is the way to go, especially with the 10% off coupon. It's also nice to feel organized. There is something weird about not really needing to do much to prepare this time considering how much research and comparing I did last time. It feels like it shouldn't be this easy!

I'm not making a registry. We won't need anything other than clothes. I've already bought things like the newborn cloth diapers and a car seat adapter for our stroller that we didn't have with #1.

registries on Amazon CAN be private just like wishlists can (the registry I'm keeping is on Amazon). They do have 10% completion coupon as well.

BRU's completion coupon is 10% as well (as is Buy Buy Baby's). (not taking into account the current registry deal at BRU)

I did for the completion. I did Target, amazon and BRU. I registered for a dream blanket, bibs, binkies, some white onesies, a new video monitor because ours is shot.

I'm creating one simply because I know we'll be buying a double stroller and a few other big items and BRU is doing that free gift card with 10% money back thing. Seems worth it to me.

BRU's completion is between 10-20% depending on what baby stores are around you. My store only does 10% because the only other option in a 2-3 hour radius is Walmart.

really? There are Targets, Kohls, Buy Buy Baby stores, Walmarts and many other local stores within 30 minutes of any BRU near me and I'm fairly certain my completion discount would have still been 10%. I registered at BBB though since they had more of what I wanted (and the store is a million times better)

I am for the BRU deal. I have a private Amazon registry too to mainly organize my thoughts.

We need a new infant carrier, maybe a double stroller, some BFing accessories, white noise machine, furniture straps (to attach dressers and bookshelves to the walls), bigger diaper bag, etc. I sold my RnP to an acquaintance so I'll need a new one of those too.

We so need a bigger diaper bag too. I went through 2 and the one I use now is kinda broken but I don't care ATM. When we go out, I use a small curious george backpack.

I have yet to find a diaper bag I actually love, so this time I don't care if it's $100, I am getting a good one.

This never even crossed my mind until this post. What a good idea! I did an Amazon registry for DS and I loved it - the only thing is, you don't necessarily get the 10% discount. It depends on the vendor/seller. At least, it did a year ago. Maybe they've changed it.

I created a private/hidden one on Amazon so I can keep track. I'm going to get another set of Aden & Anais blankets, new nursing tanks for me, a fresh Boppy cover, new stroller, video monitor (didn't get one last time but now our house is bigger and we could use one), couple of fresh onesies and sleepers, fresh pacifiers, and new pump parts (tubes, valves, flanges).

I'll be doing a registry because friends and family still want to shop for me and throw me a shower. The completion coupons were useless to me last time. I did a lot better with individual 20% coupons at Buy Buy Baby.
