Uppa Cruz or City Versa??

Need help!  I'm debating between these two and can't decide. Here is my situation: DD is almost 8 months old; we have the Britax B-Agile.  Its fine except its under carriage is pretty bad and, more importantly, DD cannot face me when we stroll.  We go for nice long walks and its like - What's the point if I can't see her sweet face?!?  That is the main reason I'm back in the stroller market.  We definitely need something light weight since we are on the third floor of a walk up.  Any thoughts on either option would be awesome!!!

    The Versa is nice because it can fold parent facing and has the option to add all terrain GT wheels if you need them.  The Cruz basket is supposed to be amazing but the wheels are a little smaller so I might do the Versa if I wanted to use it on long walks.  I don't think you can really go wrong with either though.

    Quinny zapp is similar to the b agile, but it can parent face.

    Hi psk - yes, they are both heavier than the B-Agile.  I went to check them out today.  Unfortunately, the store didn't have the Versa, so I was only able to assess the Cruz.  I really liked it.  My one big hang up about it prior to seeing it was that it can't fold when the seat is rear faced.  Seeing how quick and easy it is to flip the seat, this is a non issue for me now. 
    As to your point about the weight - the Cruz is 22 lbs and the Versa is 26.2 lbs.  At 22 lbs, it definitely seemed manageable.  For comparison sake, I lifted the 28 lb City Select and it seems SOOOOO much heavier than the Cruz.  Maybe 22 lbs is my limit?   Not sure, but I figure if 28 was bad, 26 isn't going to be much better. 
    Even though I liked the Cruz, I am disappointed that it will likely be my final choice since I was leaning towards the Versa before I figured out this weight thing.  But I have to say, the Cruz is definitely better looking so that's another plus!  I'm going to check out the Versa in person before I make a final decision.  And I've never heard of Book Plus but I'll be looking into that too.  Good luck to you too and I'd be curious to know what you choose!
