Can I wine? I mean whine?

It's too early for wine right? The kids and I have a cold. What I wouldn't give to dose everyone with NyQuil and put us all to bed but thats not allowed. DH is working a 14hr day. I can't leave the house cause the electrician *might* come
work for a whole 33 min today. Both kids want to be held and I am soooo tired. Whaaaa

    I feel your pain. DS and I both have colds, my DH has a dinner meeting after work and won't be home until probably 9 pm, and my back and hips have been super achy and tired.

    If I could I'd join you in a glass of wine, or possibly a pint of ice cream, but thanks to stupid GD I can have neither.

    @mtb21 hang in there, I remember being so miserable around 37 weeks hope you can get some rest and the baby comes soon :)

    I'm going to the doctor AGAIN for DS, he once again has a runny nose and cough which he has basically had for a month now. It went away then came back, ugh! He also still needs his flu shot so don't know if he'll get that today. Supposedly this has been a really bad year already for colds :( Hope everyone's week gets better and everyone gets healthy!

    Ugh so sorry Jess!  Hope the cold doesn't last too long!  Last week DS had an ear infection and sinus infection and possibly strep - it was going around at school (they didn't test him as he was being put on antibotics anyway) so he had a rough week!!!  Luckily he's feeling much better now - which is nice since DH is out of town all week.

    Thanks ladies. We survived another day. Now if DS would just throw mea bone and skip his 3am feeding tonight!

    I must say I am pretty disappointed that this is DS's 3rd cold and he is EBF. I thought boob juice was supposed to be magical and save him from his sister's nasty germs. Oh well.
