Poop Explosion!

OK.  Of course, this would happen at my first child's 9th birthday party.....  My little Jake had not pooped for a couple days.  So we did all the things to help him go......swab the booty hole, a little juice, a little Karo.  There was still no poop after a 24 hrs of trying.  Well, At the party...... my dad holds him for two seconds and says, "This is awful!"  My mother and I go to the restroom to change him.  In the process, I notice he wasn't really done.  My mom then pics up both his feet and raises his legs.... OMG!  He blew it out all over the floor, the sink, the wall... Scared my mother and I half to death!  Jake was grinning ear to ear though!  

Seriously?  So gross...So Funny.  Has anyone else had explosive/projectile poop experiences?  I hope this will be one of Very few for me!

    bwahahahahaha. Knock on wood, so far I've never had projectile poop

    My daughter always gets that nasty, sour smelling yellow poop when she is teething. and she was in her bouncer playing, I smell something really horrible. There was poop all at the bottom of the bouncer, all over her legs and in the inside part where she sits. Her onesie had poop all over it and the diaper was just full of it. it was also up her back and stuff. It was extra nasty.

    When DS was a couple weeks old, DH was changing his diaper, and he projectile pooped 3 feet across the room. I was laughing hysterically, and then had to help clean up.
    BFP #1 11/27/11 EDD 08/08/12 M/C 01/27/12 12 wks 2 days
    BFP #2 04/25/12 EDD 01/04/13(?) confirmed ectopic 05/16/12 6 wks 5 days 2 doses of MTX-Lost left tube on 05/25/12 Back to TTC, earlier than originally expected.
    BFP #3 01/05/13 EDD 09/17/13 u/s 1/24/13-great appt, measuring 2 days ahead, NT scan 3/11/13-great scan measuring 4 days ahead, A/S 4/29/13-another great scan can't wait to meet my baby BOY!!!!!

    My lo tried to get me once, but she was in the changer that had a lip. Luckily I had it lined with burp rags so cleanup was minimal..

    On the plus side, I bet he feltbbetter.

    I know it may seem like a lot or too early, but it has been a rough road for us.  We have been to a GI Specialist and are now on RX formula for a milk protein allergy.  This formula is known to either make them have diarrhea or constipated quickly.  Jake was to the point where he was terribly uncomfortable, and he cried anytime he was awake.  I always try the good tricks first....  swab the booty hole, cycling the legs, massaging the tummy.  I've even had to resort to a tsp of Milk of Magnesia in the very beginning of his issues. He's made me a wreck.  The GI Dr is great, though.  Unfortunately, I have to do some things that are not according to "guidelines".  He is thriving now.  I have to monitor his bowels constantly.  He had bloody stools for several weeks, so we can't go back there anytime soon.
