share what is new with you!

Feel free to share pics of your almost-3-yo (and siblings?) and whatever else you'd like to share! Have you moved? New job? New baby? I am sooooo out of the loop and I feel terrible. I miss my fellow December 2010 momma's!

I'm in the midst of planning Sam's b-day party. One day it's Abby Caddabby and one day it's Minnie Mouse. This kid totally takes after her momma in the indecisiveness department. :/ She says AC more than MM, so I think I am going with that. She will love it either way I'm sure. As for giving Sam a sibling, I think we are 1 and done. :( I'd love to have another one, but I don't think it's going to happen. I'm sure Sam will still be happy and well rounded (at least I hope). lol

    Pretty much my only news is that I'm finally KU'd up. Just hoping and praying for a healthy baby.

    I'm sure Sam will do wonderfully as an only. We thought for a long time that was the path we were on. I had concerns, too, but felt pretty confident that I could help G be well rounded.

    Hi there!  I'm not on here too much anymore (more FB, come join us there!!), but it's good to see you.  Normally I just get to see your delicious and adorable cake pops!  I'm sure the b-day will be awesome whichever way you go.  We're doing an orange theme b/c C loves orange so, so, so much and it will be held at a relatively calm bouncy place (oxymoron?).  We're most likely one and done too.  Still have a couple reservations, but love our almost 3-yr-old and don't really feel the urge too much to hit the reset button if that makes sense.

    I'm sure she'll love either theme. 

    We are doing a Cars-themed bowling party, per DS' request.  There's only going to be a handful of kids, so I think I'm making them personalized bowling t-shirts using iron-on decals from Etsy and maybe giving them a Cars cup with some treats.  DS asked for a "big giant cake with a cherry on top" LOL.

    We are expecting bebe #2 in April.

    Both ideas are cute!

    We're doing 2 parties - one for each side of the family - at our house. They'll be Thomas themed (shocker!) That's as far as I've gotten in the planning process, sadly!

    Nothing else really new around here for me!

    Congrats on the new additions, ladies!

    Yea, I'm confident Sam will survive being an only child. She doesn't really have a choice otherwise. LOL

    Thank you for the compliment, lrn...they keep me busy...along with Sam. :)

    Well, Abby Cadabby it is (ordered the cake...not making it this year...no desire to lol), so no going back now. Need to find all things AC and need to start soon being her party is on the 7th of Dec.

    P.S. Can someone private message me the FB group? I'd love to join. :)

    I follow your cake pops on FB. I show the pics to all the ladies I work with and it makes them so jealous they can't do that ;).

    Because T is turning 3 12/10 and D is turning 1 on 12/5, we're doing a joint party. It's a pizza party. We'll order regular pizza for the adults, but I'm getting small canvas aprons for the kids to decorate, and they'll each make their own pizza. D's too young to know what's going on, and they both live pizza, so I figured it's a win-win.

    Nothing really exciting and new hear otherwise. I would love to join the FB group though too if someone wanted to tell me how :)

    I am doing pizza as well. Last year I cooked and it was total mayhem. I'm smartening up this year. lol

     

    Haven't heard anything on the FB group yet, but will definitely share it once I do.

    Hey!  They both sound like great party themes!  We did Mickey/Minnie last year and it was a hit but Abby is fun too!  We copied a few other people on this page and will be doing a PJ & Pancake party :)  Any excuse to stay in your PJ's and not have to get dressed up for a party, right!? 

    As for us, we have a new addition, Keegan, who is now 5 months old!  (wait, what!?)  And C is finally potty trained!! And there was much rejoicing!   I can't believe the holidays are already upon us!  Seems like summer just happened. 

    And def join the FB page!  It's soooo much easier :)

    We are crazy busy! J is recently PT (yay!!!) and AB is 1 month old! 

    As for the FB group, it is private so even if we shared the link, you wouldn't be able to open it. You have to be friends with someone in the group. If you have a FB friend from this group, message them and see if they are on there and if they will add you :)
