Another job hunt Q

Hello Ladies,

I'm nearly 14 weeks pregnant, and lost my job. I have a promising interview with an agency, who has a position (for a client company) that I would be great for. I realize that in most situations, women wait for the actual offer to expose their pregnancy to a new employer, but given the fact that I have to rely on the agent to put in a good word for me with her client, should I be up front with her at the end of my initial interview with her?

Agree with PP's and do not mention your pregnancy. She may be reluctant to place you with a company bc she would be afraid placing you pregnant would "damage" her reputation.
