  I took 100mg for five nights (from CD3-7 usually), triggered around CD13 at night, IUI on CD15 in the morning. Side effects included mild headaches, night sweats, and extreme moodiness. Good luck!

         Protein S Deficiency, Sjorgen's Syndrome 

  
  

  IUI #1-5: BFN

  Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy: minimal endo, partial septoplasty

  IVF #1: 10R/6M/6F ~ Day 3 ET = BFN

  IVF #2: 14R/9M/5F ~ transfer canceled ~ all embryos arrested at 1-2 cell stage

  IVF #3: 9R/5M/5F ~ 1 frosty!

  IVF #4 (FET #1): BFN

  
  

  IVF #5 (DE IVF #1 with Dr. KK protocol): Currently PREGNANT!!!!!!

  Synthroid + Prednisone + Metformin + Baby Aspirin + Supplements Galore = 15+ pills a day

  Lupron + Lovenox + Delestrogen + IVIG + B/W = 2-5 pokes a day

  19R, 17M, 17F - transferred two Grade A blasts 11/16, four frosties!!!

  Beta #1 11/24 (13dpo/8dp5dt) = 367 ~ Beta #2 11/26 (15dpo/10dp5dt) = 709

  I got headaches and hot flashes from Clomid, no side effects that I can remember from Ovidrel. I did a couple days of clomid (CD 3-7 I think) and then used the ovidrel trigger when my follicles were ready (usually somewhere around CD 12-15). Good luck!

  I did two rounds of clomid (step up method) in one cycle. I had very poor response... so I never got to trigger. As far as side effects, I think I had headaches and moodiness.
  
  I'm a slow responder... and stimmed for 20+ days with gonal-f and bravelle/menopur for my IUI cycles. I'm surprised you're going from injects to clomid.

  09/12 lap/hysteroscopy =removal of mass on bladder, possible blocked tubes
  12/12 hysteroscopy=tubes clear. uterine septum removed
  01/13 fermara step up + iui=cancelled due to no response
  02/13 clomid step up + iui=cancelled due to no response
  07/13 gonal-f + trigger + b2b iui = bfn
  08/13 bravelle(slow response) switched to menopur + trigger + b2b iui = bfn
  10/13 - IVF#1 w/ ICIS. ER= 10/29/13 (21R 10F 6 blasts made it to freeze)
  11/25/13 - FET #1, transfer 2=bfn
  03/03/14 - FET #2, transfer 2 frosties=BFP! beta#1=22, beta#2=43, beta#3=120. Ectopic Pregnancy 6w5d

  I did 4 iui's with clomid and ovidrel. The worst side effect for me was major hot flashes from the clomid.

  My RE says that he has seen cases where this has succeeded before where injections didn't so I'm willinging to give it a shot and hoping it works for us.

  Attempted IUI #2 (Menopur injections only cycle) better response on the Menopur then the Follistim combination treatment cycle however my cycle was still canceled due to my eggs not maturing and follicles not growing enough on a high dose of Menopur (Re said I could try a cycle of comid + ovidrel  for an IUI) for my second IUI( praying this works for us)

    Clomid + Ovidrel protocol worked still a BFN as a result

  I've heard people say that if you take the clomid at night the hot flashes won't be as bad. Is that true?

  Thanks I was wondering have you heard anything about if taking it a nighttime helps with the hot flashes. I read somewhere on here someone had said that it did. I have yet to start on the Clomid will know more I guess Wednesday after I get my blood work and ultrasound done.(I'm hoping and praying that this works to get my follicles growing to the point that they need to be to do a second IUI) . Just trying to get some feedback about the medication Clomid. Does everyone usually have hot flashes or do some people get fortunate enough not to have them?

  Thanks for the Good Luck did anything help you relieve that hot flashes. I haven't started on the Clomid yet but I want to be prepared for the worst case scenario though I'm hoping to have hardly any side effects.

  I took mine at night just before bed. You might want to try that. I don't remember having any hot flashes... maybe I slept through them?

  I just got done with my first clomid + ovidrel + iui cycle. (6 dpiui right now). I took 50 mg of clomid days 3-7. I took it at 9 pm and didn't really notice side effects. I went in in cd 13 and had 3 matured follies and triggered that night at 9 pm. I went in on cd 15 at 9 am for iui.
