  • LO is 9 weeks, I've been feeling fine internally since about 3 weeks.  Episotomy stitches are still acting up
  • Yes LO is six weeks and I'm more achy now than a couple weeks ago!

  • DTD still hurts for me, but everything else is fine.  I am 9.5 wks PP and had 2nd degree tears.

  • I will have good days and bad days. It all depends on my activity level. I have to keep up on the IBProfen for sure. If I slack on that then I really start feeling internally sore.

My OB said as long as the pain is dull and achy vesus sharp and pointed then I am in the clear. Also if there is a sign of blood that's a flag to call him up.

  • Yep, I have a sore spot and I had no tears. He's 10 weeks.
  • I'm still sore where I tore. It's black and blue :( the doctor gave me some estrogen cream to put on so hopefully that helps.

  • Yes, at 8 weeks. The PT who spoke to the moms' group at my hospital recommended using a vibrator on the scar tissue. I'm going to try that and see if helps. If not, I'll be calling for a referral soon.

  • I had a csection 7 weeks ago and I'm still achy. It feels worse this week than it did last week for some reason.

  • Does anyone have a lower back ache since having your little one?

Yes.. At first I thought it was from the epidural but now I blame it on changing his diaper in the pnp, pumping and constantly bending over to pick him up.

  • I'm still sore where I tore. And when I do crunches or anything that requires sitting on the hard floor and kind of moving that area it hurts BAD. I do get pain inside my abdomen too. I guess everything is just going back slowly..

  • I am sore, especially near the incision, but elsewhere in my abdomen as well. C-section was 5 wks ago.
