  Guess what? I'm pregnant? Seriously. What's the point of going in for an educational appt. I realize there may be dumb people out there but come on. Just another way to rack up that baby bill! I get an ultrasound next weds the 20th. 2 days after my 37th birthday Woohoo (not). We should definitely get a fetal pole or not.
