Time change

I haven't seen a thread on this recently, but I haven't been online much lately so I'm sorry if this has been overdone. In spring, LO took about a week to get back on her normal schedule, all by her own doing because I was trying to prevent it. Now a week after DST and LO is waking at the ass crack of dawn still and wanting to go to bed really early, despite that her meals and nap times have remained the same. H And I haven't been this exhausted in awhile! How are all the other A12 babes adjusting?

Re: Time change

  • Sleeps been really crappy around here too. But I don't think it has anything to do with the time change, for us.
I hope your LO starts sleeping better soon.

  • DD has been getting up early but has not been needing an earlier bedtime.

I am really hoping next weekend we can sleep past 6am.

  • We are struggling with it. She has always been an early bird, but it's gotten way worse.
  • DD has been getting up at the same time but wanting to go to bed an hour earlier. She's still adjusting. The night the clocks changed she went to bed really late because we were at Disney so she was thrown off already.

  • To adjust our lo I just kept him up as long as possible for a couple of nights (for us that was about 8), and that seemed to help our lo adjust.

    This for us, too.

Well, I think DS went down pretty early the day of the time change, but since then, the normal time. He's mostly been getting up an hour earlier than what was normal, though. And he went back to mostly 2 naps, when he had been moving toward just 1.
