I will have good days and bad days. It all depends on my activity level. I have to keep up on the IBProfen for sure. If I slack on that then I really start feeling internally sore.
My OB said as long as the pain is dull and achy vesus sharp and pointed then I am in the clear. Also if there is a sign of blood that's a flag to call him up.
Yes, at 8 weeks. The PT who spoke to the moms' group at my hospital recommended using a vibrator on the scar tissue. I'm going to try that and see if helps. If not, I'll be calling for a referral soon.
Does anyone have a lower back ache since having your little one?
Yes.. At first I thought it was from the epidural but now I blame it on changing his diaper in the pnp, pumping and constantly bending over to pick him up.
I'm still sore where I tore. And when I do crunches or anything that requires sitting on the hard floor and kind of moving that area it hurts BAD. I do get pain inside my abdomen too. I guess everything is just going back slowly..
