Every attorney who has had a baby (or his wife has had a baby) while employed at my law firm has had a boy. It is up to something like 15 boys. Of course, I continued this trend with DS1. I would think that by this time we would be overdo for a girl...but it sort of makes me wonder if we have like an excess of testosterone that somehow sways boy or something.
It is silly, I guess...but I will hopefully find out before the end of this week (or next) because I will get my bloodwork back...I was just thinking about it.
Re: What do you think the odds are that I will continue the trend?
Yes. This will be our last baby so having one of each would be perfect. Of course, I am elated with either, but if I could pick, I would like to have the experience of a daughter...

Yes! The test is supposed to be 99 percent accurate although someone on PAIF was told wrong. It is a blood test. They took the blood at the nt scan on Friday. They told me 7-10 business days, but I got it back sooner with DS. I already called today and no results yet...but I know that expecting results now would be like getting a bfp at 4 dpo. Luckily, it is an automated line where they leave the results on a recording so it isn't like I am bothering anyone.
And I will keep my fingers crossed for you for a boy.
