Are you happy it's Monday?

Why, yes, yes I am. My child is finally getting teeth, and he's got this mega cold, and even tho DH was home all weekend, I feel like I haven't gotten a break.

So, DS is in Child Care and I am sitting happily at my desk catching up on all. the. things. I missed out on this weekend!

    I am very happy it's Monday. I'm especially happy that it's Monday, I'm home, DD is at daycare and DH is at work. I am drinking my coffee, clearing out all my shows on the DVR and enjoying the quiet.

    I'm so/so on this Monday. Glad to not be at work but will probably lose my mind on day 3 home alone with both littles!

    I am not happy it's Monday. We had such an awesome weekend! I got to see my BFF that I haven't seen since last December. We had a girls night with dinner and drinks! DS was very good and we got some family time! I want to repeat this weekend over again!

    I have today off... so sure I'm happy. But we also have the teeth/cold combo happening so I hear ya on that.

    Yes, this Monday I'm actually not a grump.....mainly bc I am not working. Thankful for the day off with my kiddos. Thankful for a day spent with old friends yesterday. My house is currently NOT in a state of disaster, which is the usual around here, and as soon as W wakes up, we are going to the Y. Haven't been in months.

    And I'm actually not minding that I have some laundry to do, some papers to grade, and just a few errands to run. So, yeah, I guess I can say that this particular Monday does not need to suck it.

    Yup, it's okay with me. Took W straight to daycare pretty much the second he woke up and came back home for lots and lots of studying. Got a new coffee maker this weekend, so I'm getting a nice happy caffeine buzz while I snuggle up with my textbooks and spend some quality time with sociology. Happy Monday!

    DH and I are both off today. I'm so glad, we had a long weekend with my sister's wedding. It was exhausting having all three of us in the wedding party. So glad to have an extra day to recover. I'm not so happy about needing to do housework, and laundry. But I think we're going out for a family lunch date as a break.

    Nope. Today sucks. DS2 is *hopefully* finally getting over an awful cold. It'll be a better day if I dont get a call from daycare saying I need to pick him up. (((knock on wood)))

    A friend of ours died unexpectantly last Thursday of an apparent heart attack. DH and I are going to the funeral home today. He was only 26 years old.

    Oh, and there is another awful story that my cousin has shared with me...and I actually wrote it up but then deleted it b/c I cant even begin to share it on here.....

    So yeah, this Monday just plains sucks....

    Not particularly. It's not the worst... but I always miss my kid terribly on Mondays. We had a great day yesterday just running errands and I'd love to be at home with him instead of preparing to present at this 1:00 pm meeting.
