I'm so jealous of those who are getting to start their bedtime routine now

It's only 3:30 here. I just put them all down for the farce that has become nap-time. They know they won't sleep. I know they won't sleep. They know that I know that no sleeping will happen. It just gives me enough time to try to pick up the hurricane-like disaster they have caused between waking up and going down for this nap-like time. Those of you who are three hours ahead, I salute you! The end is near. I still have 4.5 hours til bedtime.

    If it makes you feel any better, it's 6:30 here and I'm still 4.5 hours away from bedtime!  :(

    Cam napped today.  She won't be going to bed before 11 --- and most likely, not until 1.

    Joey will go down about 8 --- he was out plowing with Joe so although he fell asleep in the truck for 30 minutes, he's tired.

    EMTand Xtie, those are the WORST. I'd rather have NO nap than that stupid, crappy 20 minutes in the car crap!

    Ah, I spoke/wrote too soon. Tristan is down and out. We're at the inlaws, and FIL really knows how to put him to sleep. He is seriously a baby whisperer.

    still a no go for me.  But at this point I am kinda encouraging it because we are driving to the mountains tonight.  I'd like her to sleep during the drive AND once we get there go to bed.
