Funny things your baby does

What is something your baby does that reminds you of yourself or your SO?

For instance, my daughter is a very dramatic stretcher, just like me. When she wakes up & I take her out of her swaddle, her arms are all up in the air, legs are stretching, she gets this halirious look on her face where her little forehead wrinkles up. It's so stinking cute.

All testing shows both H and I are perfectly normal. Baby Nacho had triploidy.

    Ohh it has to be the side eye. All of our kids do it and I think it's funny. It's that or the WTF face. I think that's my favorite.

    My DS is a dramatic stretcher too! He arches his back, scrunches his legs up with arms overhead and squishes his face and neck into the most ridiculous old man face. Then throws his arms and legs down and stretches his head and neck like a turtle. I can't not laugh at him.

    DH says he yawns identically to me - like a lion lol.

    Mine does the cute turtle face and neck stretch that makes me giggle every time.

    He also makes this really exaggerated frown on his face right before crying sometimes. It's so dramatic and it's like he is working himself into a cry. I can't help but laugh.

    When mine just gets done yawning hi lower lip will stick our a bit from his upper and he will smack his lips a little. It makes his cheeks more chubby and makes him look like a little old man. It is so cute.

    My LO sneezes three times, then lets out a nice, big "ahhhhhhhhhhhh" when he's done. So adorable!

    My grandmother, my dad, and I all have a habit of holding our hands in fists with our thumbs tucked in. LO has started doing this too :)

    That is so cute!! I have caught a side eye frown that my son does that is just like mine when I was little. I can't wait to see what other traits and mannerisms from us.

    She doesn't remind me of us much yet, but she does lots of silly things. I especially like when she finishes eating and pops off the boob. She throws her head back all dramatically and give a great big stretch with one little fist in the air. Victory stretch haha. I also laugh when she "motorboats" us. She'll rub her face back and forth all over our chest when she's trying to get comfortable. It's not the same as her rooting.
    One DD born 9/23/13.
    We're one and done!

    He makes the funniest faces. He's done it since birth, he had the nurses cracking up.

    BFP #3 01/05/13 EDD 09/17/13 u/s 1/24/13-great appt, measuring 2 days ahead, NT scan 3/11/13-great scan measuring 4 days ahead, A/S 4/29/13-another great scan can't wait to meet my baby BOY!!!!!

    My LO yawns like me too which is funny but it cracks me up when she falls asleep nursing and gets a huge smile and does a little chuckle with my nipple still in her mouth and milk pouring out of the corners of her mouth. It always makes me laugh.

    -My step-daughter is 12 years old.

    -BFP #1 on 9/2/12, D&C 10/18/12 no heartbeat on US @ 10 weeks.

    -BFP #2 on 1/7/13, R was born on 9/22/13 via C-Section

    My LO does these too, and he sucks on DHs nose while rooting if he is holding him.

    My LO reminds me of myself because she's a totally dramatic sneezer. DH has always made fun of me because I seem to yell right before I sneeze and LO does this too.Then when she can't get a sneeze out, she goes "Ah!" It's so cute. She also has her daddy's side eye down to a T. My favorite thing she does, though, is when she raises one eyebrow when she's interested in whatever I'm doing. I like to pretend she's a therapist like me and is giving me a little acknowledgement that she hears me when I'm talking to her.

    Gosh, having a kid makes you goofy!
