Hospital visit

Ended up in the ER last night with a bladder infection. They did an ultrasound so I got to see my peanut :) It moved so much that they had a hard time keeping up with it. At one point they had me hold my breath to see if that would help. Nope just kept moving. I cried. It has gotten so big since I saw it last. It melted my heart. It's heartbeat was 153 the same as my first ultrasound :) The tech said it looked perfect and so did everything else (minus my infected bladder). Regular ob appointment on wed and hopefully these meds help with this infection. I got them often when I was pregnant with my son.....

  • Sorry about the bladder infection, that's no fun. At least you have experience with them and how to handle them. Congrats on seeing baby! I'm happy everything looks great and he's a little mover

This. Lol I know, right? I've had three u/s techs tell me the same thing. Mine likes to do barrel rolls in between kicking and flailing so he's irritated several nurses at this point. I don't care though, I can't wait to feel him move and kick. I'm a FTM and I've felt a few bubbles here and there and it's amazing

  • I told the tech that it was in the lower left side of my belly and she asked how i knew that. I told her I felt it sometimes and she said i was to early to feel. Then she started the ultrasound and guess what. Baby was right where  I said :) dont tell me I dont feel. I dont feel it all the time but sometimes and I know it is favoring the left side :)
