  Are you using progesterone suppositories? It could be from that. It happened to me and RE said it was from an irritated cervix. If you're not having pretty strong cramping, I think spotting is fine.

  I agree with MJC. I know any spotting is scary, but some light spotting after sex is probably just some irritation of your cervix. If it gets heavier or you have strong cramping, then definitely call your doc. I hope everything resolves itself soon!

  
  

  ETA: Are you cleared for intercourse by your doctor? If you haven't spoken to him/her about it, then your next appointment may be a good time to bring it up.

  I called the OB on call last night to ask this question too- light spotting at 29 weeks and the first thing he asked was about intercourse. It was a little embarrassing but he said to just keep an eye on it. If your nervous I would recommend calling your OB or asking the nurse- they are there to answer questions.

  Me:30 low AMH; DH:30 MFI (count, motility, morphology)

  2 rounds clomid 100 mg -BFN

  IUI#1- 25 mg clomid- July 2012= BFN!

  IUI #2 August = BFN!

  IUI #3 September = BFN!

  
  

  IVF #1 November - converted to IUI #4 due to poor response = BFN

  IVF #1.2 February- converted to IUI #5 due to poor response = BFN

  They have taken me off the suppositories. I am also rh negative. So if it is just my cervix irritated am I ok not getting the shot? I have called and left a msg with RE but haven't heard back yet.

  I spotted/bled through 13.5 weeks. Turned out my placenta was covering my cervix and causing the irritation.

  How long ago did you stop the suppositories? If it's within a week, that could also be a cause. My ob warned me that I may have spotting 2-3 days after discontinuing the progesterone. Edit: spelling

  I've spotted off and on too, but everything seems to be normal.  The OB did a pelvic exam at 6 weeks just to check to see if the bleeding seemed to be coming from my cervix, and she said it appeared to be just sensitive there as it bled a little on her during the exam.  She reassured me it was nothing to worry about, just to keep an eye on it.  I am also Rh negative, and she did a Rhogam shot just to be safe.  If it is just light and after intercourse, chances are very good that all is well.

  Me: 42. DH: 46.

  1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.

  2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.

  3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.

  4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.

  5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.

  Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN.  After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.

  August 16, 2013:  BFP our first month of "not trying!"  Still in shock.  Beta #1 (14dpo): 183.  Beta #2 (17dpo):  611.  Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm! 
  Ultrasound 9/13/13:  8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
  Baby is due 4/26/14

  RE called back told me not to worry about it that its normal after intercourse. But if I would feel better to go into see my Dr and see if they want to give me a rhogam shot. Thank you everyone for your replys they have helped me feel abit better.
