Day 7- I am thankful for all of you ladies here on TB! You are wonderful and supportive, and though my heart hurts when I think of our common bond, I am happy to know you all. I am thankful that I know I can always come here and vent, ask questions, or be a total AW and you all will support me!
Day8- I am thankful for our fur kids, Josie and Meech. They bring us joy and unconditional love. They were our kids before we had Ben. Their intuition in knowing when we need those extra snuggles and love has amazed me, as has their adaptation to having Ben around. To see them patiently endure little fists grabbing onto their fur, pulling on ears and lots of not so gentle petting makes me realize just how much they love us!
Day 9- I am thankful for my job! I am blessed to work in a family owned business that cares about their employees. I am blessed to have a flexible schedule and a manager that understands that trying to balance work and a baby can be difficult sometimes. I love the people I work with, they are kind hearted, caring, talented, funny, and dedicated.
Day 10- I am thankful that my marriage is built on the firm foundation of God, and God's love, and that our bricks and mortar are strong! We were blessed to be part of a beautiful wedding yesterday. The sermon talked about building your marriage on a firm foundation, with bricks and mortar to hold your relationship together even through the strongest of storms. I am so grateful to have that with Danny, because Lord knows, we have been through some crazy storms and our "house" is still standing strong.
Re: 30 Days of Thanks Challenge: Days 7-10
8-my dad he is the hardest worker I have ever met and he provides for all of us even to this day. He comes over whenever I need him and is a master at fixing things. And he is great with LO he is the only one to always get her to take all her food and burp.
9-my grandmother she has given us so much and spent so much quality time teaching us things her support means the world to me.
10-my grandfather he has always been there for us with a funny word and a smile. I can always go to him when I need guidance and he usually can help me find my way.

Day 8- I'm so thankful for my amazing and supportive husband. God has done so much and he really brought my perfect puzzle piece to me. He knows exactly what to say and has always supported me in everything. I'm so blessed to have a man who has so much faith and patience and I honestly have no idea what I would do without my best friend. No matter how hard times can be we always stand by each other.
Day 9- I'm so thankful for my mom
and dad, they have gone through so much health wise and financially and I'm just glad they are okay. I'm praying my mom finally gets some answers for health.
Day 10- I'm thankful for my in laws, they have helped us through so much and I cannot thank them enough. They are really two of the kindest people I have met next to my grandmother
8. I am thankful for my firm's generous 18 week maternity leave. As of today I am half way through it and I can't imagine how hard things would be if I had to go back at 6 weeks as so many of you ladies have. Those of you who did are all tough cookies!
9. I am thankful for our remodeled house. While still a drafty 65 year old building, it has a few more creature comforts and I'm excited that A will be able to have her own room. We could not have afforded to get a bigger house in our area, so this is the best option and we were lucky to be able to do it.
10. As the weather turns colder I thankful for my merril fuzzy-lined suede clogs. They are comfy and easy to slip on and go in chilly weather.

Day 7: I am thankful for this challenge. As a PP posted I would occasionally think of things I was thankful for, but it's nice putting these down in words!
Day 8: I am thankful that Nathan loves to swim! We spent the weekend at a waterpark/hotel with my whole family and Nathan had such a blast! He swam for almost 3 hours and then *almost* slept through the night! Only woke up once which is unheard of!
Day 9: I am thankful for my best friend. She is my rock through hard times and such a support. We are both teachers in the same school which is where we met, and she has really helped me out this year with giving me things she has made/created for her class for teaching. She knows how busy and tired I am with N, so it has been a huge blessing.
Day 10: I am thankful for my sisters. Right now, especially my youngest one. She is making her schedule work so she can go and pick up N from daycare 2 days this week because I have staff meetings and report cards and what not. Without her I'd be lost.
