Prenatal Fitness Class in Conshy - Fit4Baby

There's a great prenatal fitness class offered in Conshohocken called Fit4Baby.  It's a REAL workout with cardio, strength straining, stretching, etc., except everything is modified and geared toward pregnant women.  They offer really helpful info about how to workout safe and effectively while pregnant too.  The moms-to-be in the class are all stages of pregnancy and the instructor is pregnant too!  The company Fit4Mom offers the class (they offer Stroller Strides classes too).  LOVE being able to take a prenatal class that isn't just prenatal yoga/pilates.  : )
