Narrowing Down our list...

We will find out what we are having in about a month. We would like to use the ultrasound picture as part of our Christmas card with a gender reveal and I think we might include LO's name on there as well (but we haven't decided 100% on that in case we change our minds, but I'm hoping we wont!) In any event, just wanted to get some opinions.. :)

Boy: Will definitely be James after my father but we are stuck on a middle name

James Robert (my father and his father's name)
James Richard (my father and maternal grandfather's name)

We will call him J.R. as a nickname

Girl: We are a little more stuck, but I had posted early about Lenore and I really love it so...

Lenore Clara (or Claire?)
Lenora Claire (Claire is DH's grandmother's name, so we are trying to use Claire or Clara...)
Or--
Noelle Claire

Nickname for Lenore will be Nori (I know, I know, very Keeping up with the Kardashians but I promise that's not the reason!)
Nickname for Lenora will be Nora
Nickname for Noelle would be Elli.

Last name will start with the letter H if that matters/helps anymore

    Guess we will see in a month if it is James or Lenore (Lenora... still so torn!!)

    I'm guessing its James, I've thought boy since day one, but we will see! Thanks again!

    Thanks!! I love J.R. too, especially because I am a big Johnny Cash fan and his real name was J.R. Cash ;) just happened to work out very well for me!

    I'm not sold on ellie but I don't know what we would do for a nick name for noelle...and I'm a big nick name person....suggestions?

    I love JR and actually love either James Robert or James Richard!

     

    Lenora Claire definitely flows best IMO for a girl :)

    Noelle Claire is my favorite girl name, but I do not like the nn.  I'd just call her Noelle, it's so cute :)

    I love Lenora Claire!  I just wanted to add another NN suggestion to Noelle just in case you choose it.  My cousin is Noel and we all called her Noe (no and long e).  She always loved it.

    DH is now favoring noelle Claire.... now I'm almost wishing it is a girl because I want to use the name this time around.... we will see! I'll be happy as long as it is a healthy baby :)

    James Richard and Lenora Claire. I strongly advise against announcing the name on your Christmas card. You don't want to feel tied down to a name so early for a reason as silly as a card.

    The more I think about it I think we will just announce the sex and not name.... thanks for your input. :)
