Mmmmm. I love to cook my eggs in it. We have scrambled eggs every morning and we all love the taste!! Such a healthy fat!! I also used it to remove cradle cap. Worked like a dream. There's a million other uses but I stick to cooking with it.
Cooking, diaper rash, cradle cap, dry skin, my favorite is on popcorn with brewers yeast. I could eat that everyday, so much healthier than butter and great for milk supply!

I mix the oil with sugar to make a homemade sugar scrub. I scrub it on my body at the end of the shower and rinse. Makes your skin so soft! I added some scented oils and gave them to all the the women in my family as a gift last Christmas.
My LO had a pretty nasty case of baby acne, I put a little bit of coconut oil on her face and it worked like a charm. Within hours the redness was gone and in a couple of days it cleared up completely.
If I feel an ear infection coming on I put it in my ears, if I have a cold I usually put it in my nose and ears. Foot rub after showers.. Great moisturizer.. I had a planters wart once and it took less than a week to remove with just coconut oil. Soo many uses I swear it's a miracle in a jar
