Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss

95 Percent sure I'm m/c

Well I posted a question earlier today asking about my cramping and bleeding and wether I was something to worry about, and it turns out I am most likely miscarriaging right now. My husband and I went to the ER when the cramping got worse, and when we got there the bleeding was barely there (more like spotting), and the cramps were going away. After they did all of the tests and US the cramps got worse and worse and the bleeding got more heavy. I was supposed to be 10 weeks and 3 days, but the US showed 6 weeks and 3 days. No heart beat or fetus, just the sac. It's been hard to sleep with all of this pain, but my husband has been very supportive and helpful even in his emotional state. I'm going in to the OB on Monday to check my hcg levels and get an ultra sound, but I have no doubt I am miscarrying. My husband and I are devastated as we were soo excited and looking forward to this baby, and our family has been extremely excited too as it would have been our first, and my parents first grandchild. Just grieving right now and hoping the pain goes away soon..

Yes sounds like what I just went through. Same first grand baby and first pregnancy. It's devastating and definitely a roller coaster physically and emotionally. I'm so glad you have a supportive husband! Your family will definely support you too, sometimes it feels better when you talk about and realize how many other women have gone through it too. I didn't tell my family about it, just had to tell my mom after I went to ER (not exactly the way I pictured telling her about my 1st pregnancy) she was so supportive and understanding and she shared with me about her miscarriage she had before she had me and I'm the oldest. Good luck with your results never give up hope as i never did until i knew 100%. even now i still wonder are my hcg levels going to rise, will they see something in US. I hate I still have those feelings but I guess it just makes us human. T&P to you and DH. ((Hugs))

  • Hey babe, I've been there and I hate that you're going through it too. There will be happy days again, I promise. You need to eat ice cream and lay on the couch and watch Tom Hanks movies or other happy movies to distract you. Hug hug hug
