We're up (2:15am here) for our first feeding. He usually goes til 3 but not tonight!

Who else is up? How was your LO yesterday?

DS had weird crying fits during his feedings. I'm hoping it was just an off day but it kinda worried me. He also didn't nap well. We will see what today brings...

It's 1:20 here, and it's been a rough night! Ryne has had a lot of gas lately, so we decided to switch formula from Enfamil Newborn to Enfamil Gentlease. He HATED it! He screamed and threw his arms all around and arched his back when I tried to feed him, which led to a midnight formula run since we were completely out of the old kind.

I got home, made him a new bottle and he drank half an ounce. :-w

But I think I finally got him to sleep! :-bd

I hope your LO has a better day tomorrow, and let's you get some rest too! 1:25 here, first feeding. Had to have DH feed him a bottle while I pumped a little because LO wouldn't latch to my engorged boobs. Letting him nurse a little to empty me out now. It's nights like tonight that I have to remind myself not to quit breastfeeding on a bad night.

Had date w DH yesterday while mom watched DD -- and by date I mean went to public places and I cried a lot!
LO was very good yesterday we went to a baby music group where she had NO time for anything but the boobs lol
Just eating and napping !

Up at 1:30 to pump. Hubby was so great and let me sleep from 9 until just now. He did one round of feedings and is feeding them again. The babies were fussy today and fought sleeping. I think we managed to get a small nap in the afternoon, but spent all day cluster feeding and holding babies who would scream if put down. Hoping that was an isolated incident.

Rough night here... Transitioning to a bassinet, LO hates to lay flat.... Finally went to sleep at 10:30, up at 11:45 hungry..... Asleep at 12:30, back up at 1:45 with gas and spitting up. Would love some sleep!

First feeding. After being up ALL night last night on a screaming crying jag, we went to the walk in dr this am and got a script for Zantac for Cam's reflux. So far it seems to be helping! No fits and slept well.

Just once, I'd like to miss one of these. I feel like I've been reporting in to all of them lately. Up for half an hour feeding the boob piranha. Hoping she'll sleep when we're done but if the past few days are any indicator, I can expect to be up for the rest of the night

at least dh kept an eye on her after the past two feedings, so I've had a few hours of sleep so far tonight.

It is 2:11 a.m. here. LO just woke up from a pretty long stretch of sleep demanding to be fed. So we fed, burped, and just got done changing his diaper. Him and I are sleeping in the living room. I'm on the couch and he is in the RNP only for tonight because DH just got off a really long shift (20 hours) of work, and I wanted to let him get some uninterrupted sleep. I just tossed the wet diaper across the room half asleep into the kitchen trash can and made it. Pretty impressed with myself. LOL

LO is now wide eyed and making faces at me. Time to play a few minutes before he nods off again. Have a good night (morning) ladies.

Present . Second feeding. Ugh . Fed 12-1. Now back up @ 3. Yay GS.. LO did great yesterday. Have in laws and family in town for weekend so feeling like a host . All I wanted was a nap yesterday .. I am so tired I'm physically nauseous . But right on cue nighttime rolls around and bam- cluster feeding. 7-930pm, followed by mommy meltdown. Then feedings every 2 hours ever since .

2:20 here. DH just fed DS a bottle whe I pumped. I used my new Medela PISA, which is pretty great, but I need a hands-free pumping bra, otherwise I am not quite sure how to function haha! Anyways, I really appreciate that he does a night feeding. I still have to get up to pump, but for some reason it makes a difference mentally.

Now DS is sitting in my lap in a milk coma that will hopefully last him a while!

2:18am here, LO ate at 10 but I was at a wedding so it was a bottle. Hoping I feed him and he sleeps another 4 hrs cause I'm so tired I can't function:(

Don't know how LO did as I had a wedding but it seems like he slept a lot! Thanks gma/Gpa!

3:30am her and yup for the second time tonight. A sleepy for four hours then woke for feeding#1, and has now woken after another two hour stretch. I ( naturally) hope she goes another long stretch this time as I am under the weather. naturally I'm sure this means she will be up again in two hours or less lol! I just got she doesn't have my sore throat.

Exactly how it went down with our LO... Train wreck evening and slept from 10:30-12:30. Hoping it doesn't take 2 hours for him to fall asleep again. Thinking the 6 week growth spurt is lurking.

We are present at almost 4am. DD does so well for the first stretch-3.5 hours tonight. Usually she sleeps 3-4. However, it's all downhill after that. Back to bed and she barely makes 2 hours, then up again an hour later. This decreasing stretches really get me and l can barely keep my eyes open!

4 am feeding again. I've slept for roughly an hour. What am I doing wrong?!?! Everyone seems to get at least one good stretch in :-(

Was up at 2am and DD fell asleep after 1 boob so I figured we'd be up again at 4 now. Hoping she will last until 7...

Yesterday we tried bottle feeding breast milk for the first time. It went ok but I don't know that we have the amount right. We started with 2 oz and she didn't really seem satisfied. May try a 3oz today.

Just After 4 am here. She nursed from 12-1 on and off and cried but I knew she wasn't really that hungry so I gave her a pacifier, which she normally won't take, and she was out in just a minute.
Her Snuza going off actually woke me up. Luckily it was only because she wiggled it loose in her sleep.
She's fallen asleep on me so I'm snuggling for a minute before laying her down.

I try to lay her in her crib for a few minutes everyday so she gets semi used to it, but I think I need to put her in there for longer periods of time since she does okay.

2:15am here. Up for our first MOTN nursing session. He slept from 10pm until now. (And only because I woke him up) We have such a good sleepy baby. Hopefully he stays that way when we can stop waking him up during the night.
He was really good yesterday. We all slept over at my parents house and he just ate, slept, and played with everyone. He loves the attention. Plus, everyone was fighting over who got to change his diaper every time. It was AWESOME. I got to take like 3 wonderful naps.

Just relieved DH because LO wouldn't sleep, fed her then laid her down. Now pumping. Hope to get some more sleep after this until the next feeding.

3:30 AM. DS slept for 4.5 hours. Last night he made it 5 so maybe we'll start having these longer sleep stretches!

He was pretty good yesterday. We had our first small road trip with him. We went an hour away to my parents new home. He slept the entire way there but got a bit fussy when we arrived. I spent a lot of the visit nursing him (some comfort, some meals) but he still got some good grandparent time in.

3:30 am here been up for about an hour nursing, he's a hungry one! Which makes sense since the last time he ate was 11pm and we're approaching the 6 week growth spurt. Watching law and order SVU to pass the time til I can put him down.

A hasn't even slept in three hours and is demanding food every hour. Like 3 ounces! Is this the growth spurt thing?

She ate at 9:45, 11:20, 12:46 and now at 1:48 but FI is feeding this time. I'm so tired.

Also @cdhaslag did you name your LO Aria?! That what our baby girl is named. How did I not know that?! Neat!

Same here, I started with naps in the afternoon, she will only last 30 minutes. I actually timed it ! Well we are back up! 3:30 this thing so we have slept for 2 hours.... Last time we got up she was spitting up and had gas. MIL is here pushing us to put her in the bassinet, is her sleep interrupted... No. Urgh I totally hate MIL. I don't think it's time to transition yet.

417 here. LO was super constipated and grouchy yesterday. She finally had a blow out at about 8pm and settled down. Dad is away hunting this weekend... He's on Tilly duty the second he gets home. Mama needs a nap.

6am here... I know not exactly MOTN but I was so tired at the other feedings I couldn't keep my eyes open enough to read the screen haha. Anyway, DD has been eating every two hours, on the hour, tonight. Between having to change her, feed her, burp her and get her back to sleep, that means I've gotten 1 hour of sleep, at the most, at a time. I'm going to kill someone.

Same here. She only takes A few short naps during the day, but will usually sleep 2-3 hour stretches at night.

OMG my sweet LO went to sleep at 9:45pm, woke up at 2:30AM, and went right back to sleep after feeding until 7:30AM!!!!!! I feel like a different person today. Hopefully this is the beginning of her switching from waking up twice at night to just once. She is starting to eat more at each feeding and going longer stretches in between.
