Your assignment today is the same as yesterday:
6 tricep dips
5 push ups
10 mountain climbers

Feel free to modify or double them as needed. Give me a love tit when you've completed this!

Anyone seeing any results yet? Overall my arms look less chubby and when I bend them they don't look as scary :)
