Anyone have a twin measuring big?

I'm currently 31w 4d with di di b/g twins. I had my third growth ultrasound yesterday and baby a took a huge jump from the 48th percentile to the 91st. Estimated weight is 4lbs 9 oz. baby b stayed consistent at the 48th where she was 4 weeks ago. My type 1 diabetes is well controlled but I wonder if it could still be from thAt but then why wouldn't it effect both babies? I just wanted to see if anyone had experience with a larger twin and what the ob's concerns were. I don't see my ob until next week.
Type 1 Diabetic, Hashimotos, RA. Its twins!!!!  EDD 1/6/2014 Di/di b/g twins.

    My baby A around 24 weeks started measuring bigger than baby B. At one point he was estimated to be over a pound bigger than his brother. At 37 weeks 5 days he was born at 7 pounds 13 ounces. He was exactly two pounds heavier than his brother.

    HSG-Clear 
    SA:Low Morph 
    IVF with ICSI #1: ER 12/16 (4 ER/3 Mature/0 Fertilized) 
    IVF with ICSI #2: ER 5/17 (4 ER/4 Mature/3 Fertilized)/ET 5/20 (2 embryos transferred)-BFN 
    IVF with PICSI #3: ER 9/8 (11 ER/8 Mature/7 Fertilized)/ET 9/13 (2 AA blastocysts transferred) 
    Beta#1, 9/26/12: 719 Beta#2, 9/28/12: 1,436 Beta#3, 10/1/12: 3,446
    1st u/s on 10/10/12: It's Twins! We found out on 12/16/12 that we were having two BOYS!
    C & D were born on 5/16/13 at 10:46 am and 10:47 am

    Thank you!!!  That helps a lot actually.  Did you go into labor on your own or was that a scheduled c-section?

    Once A flipped my OB cancelled my csection and changed it to an induction. My water broke the night before my induction at 37 weeks 4 days. I did end up having a csection.

    Not yet. Both my b/g are measuring 17w2d at 16w1d (yesterday). At your gestation,

    It's probably harder to tell w twins. Accurately I mean.
