Can't believe I'm here again... Cytotec users?

Hi all and sending love to everyone here...

My name is Jessie.  I suffered my first loss last December.  We heard a beautiful heartbeat at 6 weeks.  2 weeks later it had slowed to 80bpm, and 2 days later it stopped completely.  I had a D&E.

After that loss, we battled secondary infertility for ten months.  After many doctor visits and medicated cycles, we became pregnant at the end of September.  Good betas and a heartbeat at 7 weeks gave us hope.  However, yesterday, at 9w1d, we found out our baby's heart had stopped beating.

We decided to try Cytotec this time to try to avoid the D&E cost and hassle.  I took a dose yesterday morning, which caused some tolerable cramping and passing of clots, but it tapered off.  I took another dose this evening and sit here waiting for things to happen.  We opted to try to "collect" at home so they can test the tissue (because it's my second consecutive loss).  Any experience/input from other Cytotec users would be appreciated.

BFP#2 11/20/12, EDD 7/30/13 ~ heard heartbeat at 6w2d ~ mmc discovered at 8w
1st medicated cycle ~ 6/11/13 ~ Clomid ~ BFN
2nd medicated cycle ~ 7/12/13 ~ Clomid and trigger shot ~ BFN
SHG on 8/13/13 ~ uterus looked good!
Diagnosed with DOR on 8/16/13 ~ AMH 0.27 ~ repeat AMH 0.19
3rd medicated cycle ~ 8/9/13 ~ Femara and trigger shot ~ BFN
4th medicated cycle ~ 9/4/13 ~ Bravelle, trigger shot, IUI ~ BFP! ~ EDD: 6/11/14 ~ heartbeat of 118 at 6w3d ~ mmc discovered at 9w1d

    I'm so sorry for your loss.  Hugs to you.  I went through two full rounds of misoprostol (generic Cytotec) a week ago, but had no results (no cramping, or anything) and ended up having a D&C yesterday.  There are a lot of posts from other women on here who have had success with Cytotec.  Just do a quick search for comments mentioning Cytotec or misoprostol.
